Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our team.

This fully remote role supports clients across designated US states, guiding setup, configuration, and optimization of Raintree’s RCM and billing workflows. You will oversee the implementation lifecycle, coordinate data conversion and EDI timelines, and train client billing teams.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application utilizing best practices for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture workflows to optimize clean claim rates and reduce AR days.
• Lead setup, configuration, and testing of electronic claim submission, ERA, eligibility verification, and clearinghouse integrations.
• Collaborate with clearinghouse and payer enrollment teams for smooth EDI/EFT/ERA connections.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of clinical-to-billing handoffs from scheduling to final claim submission.
• Train client billing teams and revenue cycle managers on claims scrubbing, denials, and financial reporting.
• Serve as a primary client contact during implementation and ensure milestones are met on time.
• Coordinate data conversion, interface, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines; follow project plans and escalate as needed.
• Handoff to Client Support after successful implementation; assist Sales in client onboarding.
• Perform other duties as needed by project managers.
