Job summary

Raintree Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Implementation Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to join our Professional Services team.

This fully remote role supports clients across the country, guiding setup, configuration, and optimization of Raintree’s billing and EDI workflows. You will lead end-to-end implementations, train client teams, manage timelines, and coordinate with clearinghouses and payers to maximize clean claim rates and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience in at least 2 of: Revenue Cycle Management / Medical Billing Software, Implementations, Product/Project Management, Training.
• Direct experience with medical billing workflows and RCM operations (charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, AR).
• Knowledge of clearinghouse operations, electronic claim formats, ERAs, eligibility and claim scrubbers.
• Familiarity with therapy-specific billing requirements (PT/OT/ST), Medicare Part B rules, modifiers, cap limits, and authorization tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the implementation for new and existing clients.
• Configure the Raintree application utilizing best practices for revenue cycle, billing, and clinical workflows.
• Analyze client billing operations, payer setups, and charge capture workflows to optimize clean claim rates and reduce days in AR.
• Lead the setup, configuration, and testing of electronic claim submission, electronic remittance advice, real-time eligibility verification, and clearinghouse integrations.
• Coordinate data conversion, interface, and EDI/clearinghouse timelines and expectations.
• Train client billing teams, billers, and revenue cycle managers through key product learning milestones.
• Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with the client.
• Ensure implementation milestones are met on time.
