Zusammenfassung

Takeda is seeking a Rare Disease Business Manager (RDBM) for Alpha-1 Deficiency in the United States. The candidate will drive new patient starts, expand sales in outpatient infusion centers and hospitals, and retain patients on augmentation therapy.

The role focuses on Pulmonology, Allergy/Immunology, Respiratory Therapists, and select Internal Medicine/Primary Care, with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, contracts, and national accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Clinical sales background with a Bachelor's degree (minimum).
• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience.
• OR 2+ years of successful selling experience at Takeda.
• RDBM will live within territory and manage territory from Border-to-Border.
• Experience with payor and reimbursement challenges.
• Experience with specialty biologics (injections/infusions) and working with specialty pharmacies preferred.

Aufgaben

• Achieve sales quotas through new patient starts, sales in outpatient infusion centers and hospitals, and retention of patients on Takeda augmentation treatment.
• Educate and inform HCPs on Takeda brands for Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency.
• Build and execute the national sales and marketing strategy and territory business plan.
• Conduct calls on prospective customers, deliver master sales presentations, and provide product information and demonstrations.
• Promote Takeda culture and collaborate with home office, marketing, and account teams.
