Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Rare Disease Business Manager for the South Chicago territory to drive patient starts and sales in infusion centers and hospitals. The role emphasizes educating healthcare professionals on Alpha-1 brand products and building a compliant, national sales strategy.

You'll partner with home office, marketing, and national accounts teams to execute pull-through and optimize the territory, with travel as required and flexible work paths offered.

Qualifications

• Clinical sales background with a Bachelor's degree (minimum).
• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharma, biotech or medical device.
• Ability to develop territory plans and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas by driving patient starts and sales in infusion centers and hospitals.
• Educate HCPs on Takeda Alpha-1 brands and provide product information.
• Build national sales strategy and a territory plan to maximize opportunities.
