Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited in Illinois (Virtual) is seeking a Rare Disease Business Manager for the Alpha-1 program in the South Chicago territory. You will report to the Sr.

Regional Business Director and drive patient starts, outpatient infusion center and hospital sales, and patient retention on augmentation therapy. The role focuses on Pulmonology, Allergy/Immunology, and related fields, educating HCPs on Alpha-1 brands, building compliant national strategies, and creating

Formación

• Clinical sales background with a Bachelor's degree (minimum).
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Territory management experience across multiple sites.
• Strong ability to engage Healthcare Professionals.
• Experience with payor and reimbursement challenges.
• Experience with specialty biologics and infusions preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales quotas by driving new patient starts, sales in outpatient infusion centers and hospitals, and retention of patients on Takeda augmentation treatment.
• Educate and inform HCPs on Takeda alpha-1 brands; build national sales and marketing strategy and a territory plan to maximize opportunity.
• Call on prospective customers, deliver sales presentations, provide product information and demonstrations, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with home office, Marketing/Brand team, and national accounts for pull-through of product sales.
• Use Microsoft applications and Takeda's customer management system.
• Conduct community education events for healthcare professionals and patients; occasional nights and weekends.
• Promote Takeda culture through positive ongoing relationships and activities.
