Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. is seeking a Rare Disease Business Manager for the Alpha-1 portfolio in the South Chicago territory. You will lead sales efforts, educate HCPs, and drive patient starts and retention with a compliant, data-driven approach.

Role requires cross-functional collaboration, travel up to 50%, and a focus on Plasma Derived Therapies and Rare diseases. Location is Illinois-based with virtual components.

Formación

• Clinical sales background and a Bachelor's degree are required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales experience, or 2+ years at Takeda.
• Territory ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with payor/reimbursement challenges is preferred.
• Knowledge of plasma-derived therapies or rare diseases is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales quotas by driving new patient starts and retention.
• Educate and inform HCPs in Pulmonology, Allergy/Immunology, and related fields.
• Build and execute territory and national sales strategies in a compliant manner.
• Partner with home office, Marketing/Brand, and National accounts for pull-through.
• Conduct community education events and occasional travel.
