GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions is seeking a Rail & Transit Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across OEMs, engineering teams, and procurement professionals. This field-based role requires ~60% travel and resides within the Eastern United States, with coverage extending to parts of Canada.

You will lead technical discussions, tailor solutions for rail applications, manage bids, and collaborate with sourcing, engineering, and operations to meet customer objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years in technical sales or sales management, rail & transit experience preferred.
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, buyers, and OEM teams.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% and work remotely within the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth in a defined geographic region by managing OEMs, engineers, purchasing teams and end users.
• Be the primary contact for project- and contract-based opportunities, including wayside cable systems and rail connectivity products.
• Lead technical discussions and present tailored rail solutions; support bid activities and procurement submissions.
• Collaborate with sourcing, engineering and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce CRM pipeline and provide territory updates to leadership.
• Represent GCG at industry events and client site visits; build trusted partnerships.
