Job summary

GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions is seeking a Rail & Transit Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Eastern United States, with 60% travel to customer sites. The role focuses on wire, cable, and connectivity solutions for rail and transit projects, serving OEMs and engineering teams at a field level.

The position is remote with travel, requiring location within the territory and collaboration across sales, engineering, and procurement functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in technical sales or sales management.
• Strong preference for rail & transit market experience.
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, technical buyers, and OEM teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand regional sales within defined geographic territory.
• Lead technical discussions and present tailored rail/connectivity solutions.
• Manage bids, procurements, and public submissions.
• Coordinate with sourcing, engineering and operations teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and client sites.
