Job summary

GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions is seeking a Rail & Transit Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Eastern United States and Canada. The role covers OEMs, engineering teams, and procurement professionals, delivering tailored connectivity and cable solutions with strong project coordination.

This field-based position is remote with approximately 60% travel to customer sites within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 7 years in technical sales or sales management with rail & transit experience preferred.
Proven ability to engage with engineers, technical buyers, and OEM project teams.
Demonstrated success in territory development and consultative sales.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with OEMs, engineers, purchasing teams, and end users.
Lead technical discussions on product specs and tailored rail/transit solutions and present proposals.
Collaborate across sourcing, engineering, and operations to align solutions with customer objectives and vendor partners.
Maintain active Salesforce CRM pipeline and provide regular territory updates to leadership.
Represent GCG at trade shows and client sites, building trusted partnerships and high responsiveness.
