GCG Connectivity & Power Solutions is seeking a Rail & Transit Territory Sales Manager to extend our coverage across the Eastern United States, from Michigan to Mississippi, and into parts of Canada. This remote, field-based role requires about 60% travel and proximity to the territory.
You will lead strategic account development with OEMs, engineering, and procurement teams, delivering tailored connectivity and cable solutions for rail and transit projects.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 7 years in technical sales or sales management with rail & transit exposure.
- Proven experience engaging with engineers, technical buyers, and OEM project teams.
Aufgaben
- Drive sales growth within a defined geographic region by managing OEMs, engineers, purchasing teams, and end users.
- Lead technical discussions on product specs and tailored solutions for rail and transit needs.
- Maintain an active pipeline and provide territory updates to sales leadership.
