Qualifications

• Requires CPC/CCS/CCS-P/CCA/CPC-A/RHIA/RHIT certifications in active status.

Responsibilities

• Code ICD-CM and CPT-4 for radiology procedures including CT and Ultrasound.
• Abstract clinical diagnoses and procedures into EMR with complete documentation.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, NCCI edits and regulatory standards.
