Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a motivated Physician Coder to join our Radiology coding team. The role requires CPC in active status with experience in CT, Ultrasound, and other modalities, and supports a fully remote work environment.

Qualifications

• CPC must be active (not CPC-A) with recent coding work history.
• 6 months to 1 year of coding experience required.
• Radiology coding of CT and Ultrasound and other modalities.
• Remote work environment with flexible hours.
• Must work from states listed and maintain productivity.

Responsibilities

• Code diagnostic and procedure codes per national guidelines.
• Abstract clinical data into EMR accurately and completely.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicaid, and HCFA regulations.
• Prepare reports as required for daily/monthly metrics.
• Work independently with remote support and access to coding resources.
