Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Lead/Supervisory professional with extensive Workers’ Compensation claims experience to join our remote team. The role focuses on audits, client service delivery, and process improvement across branches.

You will supervise direct reports, monitor performance, and develop training while ensuring compliance with client, broker, and carrier expectations. A strong background in WC claims and auditing is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience with Workers’ Compensation claims, including medical and indemnity
• Auditing experience is required
• Strong process management and leadership skills
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of claims management

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee claims operations to meet client expectations
• Audit processes, monitor performance metrics, and train branches
• Develop procedures to ensure compliance with client, broker, and carrier requirements
• Manage resources and direct reports, analyze trends, and generate reports
• Assist with executive reporting and process improvements for branch operations
