Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced leader to supervise a Workers’ Compensation claims team. You will guide claims handling, hire and train adjusters, and drive performance across varied caseloads while leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and service levels.

The role requires 8+ years in claims, Texas jurisdiction experience, and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred). This fully remote position supports clients nationwide with a focus on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 8 years related claims experience
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
• Bachelor's Degree (desired)

• Drive talent through hiring and training of adjusters
