Gallagher Bassett seeks an experienced Claims Supervisor to lead a Workers' Compensation team in a remote-capable role covering MD, VA, and DC. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on claims adjusting, including indemnity and litigation, plus appropriate state licenses.

This role emphasizes leadership, decision-making, and collaboration with clients and carriers. The position offers the chance to guide performance, develop staff, and use Gallagher's technology to improve outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on workers' compensation claims adjusting experience including lost-time/indemnity and litigation.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small Workers' Compensation team and deliver high quality service.
• Carry an individual case load and manage latency and outcomes.
• Participate in adjuster hiring and training to foster performance improvement.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and brokers to drive success.
• Use Gallagher technology to enhance team efficiency and quality.
