Ideal candidates will have a long track record in workers' compensation, appropriate licensing, and a commitment to best practices, continuous improvement, and client collaboration in a remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• Background in workers compensation claims adjusting including handling a full indemnity desk plus litigation.
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of all team member related functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a Workers' Compensation claims team across varying caseloads.
• Ensure claims handling follows GB Best Practices.
• Oversee hiring and training to foster performance improvement.
• Set goals, assign work, and optimize team workload.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to boost efficiency.
• Maintain professional, proactive communication with clients.
• Identify coaching needs and develop team members.
