Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster with a strong background in workers' compensation to join our team. This role supports clients across multiple states, with eligibility for fully remote work and licensure in required states.

You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims, collaborating with clients and claimants to deliver timely outcomes while adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance claims management.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently.
