Qualifications

• 7+ years in Worker's Compensation claims with lead experience.
• Experience with medical and indemnity claims.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Proficient computer skills with claims software.

Responsibilities

• Offer exclusive customer care for worker's compensation claims.
• Audit client processes, monitor metrics, train staff.
• Develop processes to ensure client/broker/carrier compliance.
• Oversee resources, prepare reports and audits.
• Prepare executive and oversight reports; improve claim outcomes.
