MAXIMUS is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual requirements. You will lead audits, analyze performance data, and drive corrective actions for service quality.

This remote role requires collaboration with leadership, training teams, and support staff to maintain quality assurance processes and knowledge resources.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of professional experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate operational data and identify trends.
• Experience conducting audits, quality reviews, and monitoring activities.
