MAXIMUS is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational quality in a fully remote U.S. role. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of QA-related experience, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive action across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits for quality assurance to meet project quality metrics.

• Perform monitoring and audits to ensure quality assurance and project effectiveness.
