Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational performance ensuring quality standards and contractual compliance. The role conducts audits, analyzes performance data, and supports corrective actions to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of QA experience.
• Experience conducting audits and monitoring to ensure quality standards.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends.
• Ability to develop corrective action plans and drive improvements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and assess adherence to contractual requirements.
• Analyze performance data and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop routine and ad hoc reports on project performance.
• Support development and maintenance of QA processes and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to implement corrective actions.
• Prepare staff training and ensure quality program goals are met.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Produce and update staff reference materials and workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
