Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards, contractual requirements, and policies. You will conduct audits, analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to boost service quality and efficiency.

Working with leadership, training teams, and support staff, you will help develop QA processes, reporting, and knowledge resources while driving continuous improvement through

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze operational data and identify trends.
• Experience conducting audits and quality reviews to ensure contractual compliance.
• Strong communication skills to report findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to ensure quality metric requirements are met.
• Collaborate in developing and updating procedures when changes occur.
• Analyze reports on operational performance and provide solutions to identified issues.
• Develop routine and ad hoc reports on project performance and suggest solutions.
• Monitor quality assurance activities to support project effectiveness.
• Identify trends and develop corrective action plans as appropriate.
• Assist with monitoring performance against contractual requirements using system applications.
• Assist in producing and updating staff knowledge materials and workflows.
• Support staff training to achieve and maintain quality program goals.
