Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Performance Monitoring professional to ensure quality reviews of patient encounters and adverse events, while auditing the patient journey for compliance. You will monitor calls, provide written feedback, and stay informed about the client’s program offerings.

Qualifications

• Exceptional listening skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual Spanish would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of Adverse Events submitted by staff.
• Conduct case audits of the patient journey to ensure proper steps.
• Monitor calls and provide written feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of the client’s program offerings.
• Transcribe inbound/outbound calls from patients and providers.
• Identify adverse events during monitoring.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory guidelines.
• Identify trends from calls and train staff as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain an efficient work pace.
