• 7+ years of experience in mortgage or related financial services sectors.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Experience overseeing pre‑close and post‑close QA reviews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop QA analysts for pre‑close and post‑close reviews.
• Maintain rigorous quality controls across the loan origination lifecycle.
• Escalate risks and track corrective actions with cross‑functional partners.
• Translate QA data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Manage workflows, capacity, and throughput to balance speed and quality.
