Zippy is a remote-first lender focused on manufactured housing finance across the United States. The Manager, Quality Assurance leads pre-close and post-close QA across the loan origination lifecycle, coaching QA analysts and aligning findings with policy and investor requirements.

In this role you will manage workflows, monitor performance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, Credit Risk, and Technology to strengthen quality

Qualifications

• 7+ years in mortgage, consumer lending, manufactured housing lending, loan operations, underwriting, quality assurance, or similar.
• 3+ years direct people-management experience, coaching and performance management.
• Experience overseeing pre-close and post-close quality reviews is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of QA professionals responsible for pre-close and post-close loan reviews.
• Manage performance concerns, document expectations, and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee QA across the full loan origination process and ensure policy alignment.
• Escalate material risks and track corrective actions through resolution.
• Translate QA data into concise, actionable insights for leadership.
