Zippy is a fully online lender specializing in manufactured home loans. The Manager, Quality Assurance leads pre-close and post-close QA across the loan lifecycle, coaching analysts and ensuring timely, compliant file reviews.

You will drive improvement through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first setup. The role requires deep origination process knowledge, scalable QA practices, and the ability to balance speed with quality to protect investors and customers

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in mortgage or consumer lending operations, quality assurance, or a similar function.
• Direct people-management experience (3+ years) including coaching and performance management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end loan origination and post-close processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead the QA team for pre-close and post-close loan reviews.
• Escalate material or systemic risks and track corrective actions.
• Manage workflows, capacity planning, and throughput across QA reviews.
• Collaborate with Origination, Underwriting, Compliance, and Technology teams.
• Translate QA findings into practical process improvements.
