Job summary

Zippy, a fully online lender focused on manufactured home loans, is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance to lead QA programs across the loan origination lifecycle. You will coach QA analysts, manage workflows, and ensure findings are documented with policy and investor requirements.

The role combines hands-on QA with leadership in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends, coordinating cross‑functional QA discussions, and escalating

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in mortgage, consumer lending, or related quality assurance functions.
3+ years of direct people-management experience, including coaching and performance management.
Strong investigative and research skills across multiple systems and data sources.
Experience overseeing pre‑close and post‑close quality reviews in loan origination.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop QA analysts for pre‑close and post‑close loan reviews.
Maintain calibration and review consistency, ensure findings align with policy and investor requirements.
Escalate material risks and track corrective actions through resolution.
Balance speed and quality to support origination while maintaining controls.
Translate QA data into actionable insights for managers and leadership.
