Job summary

Zippy, a remote-first lender focused on manufactured-home financing, seeks a Manager of Quality Assurance to lead pre‑close and post‑close reviews across the loan origination lifecycle. You will coach QA analysts, manage capacity, and ensure findings align with policy, regulatory, and investor requirements while reducing repeat issues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in mortgage, consumer lending, manufactured housing lending, loan operations, underwriting or quality assurance.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience overseeing pre-close and post-close quality reviews is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team for pre‑close and post‑close loan reviews.
• Escalate and resolve disputes, reassignments, and QA questions.
• Translate QA data into actionable insights for managers and leadership.
• Maintain strong quality controls by monitoring findings and investor requirements.
• Develop and maintain efficient QA workflows across systems and tools.
