Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve operational performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements. You will conduct audits, analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Working with leadership, training teams, and staff, you will develop and maintain QA processes, reporting, and knowledge resources, driving continuous improvement across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of QA or related experience.
• Experience conducting audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with standards.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and root causes and develop recommendations.
• Experience developing and presenting routine and ad hoc performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits for the quality assurance program and ensure project quality metrics are met.
• Collaborate in developing and updating procedures when changes occur.
• Analyze reports on operational performance and provide actionable solutions.
• Develop routine and ad hoc project performance reports and research issues.
• Monitor quality assurance activities and support project effectiveness.
• Identify trends in quality program data and implement corrective actions as appropriate.
• Support monitoring of performance against contractual requirements using system applications.
• Develop staff knowledge materials, including guides, matrices, and workflows.
• Assist in staff training to achieve quality program goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of quality initiatives and improvement efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
