Job summary

Zippy, a remote-first lender specializing in manufactured home financing, seeks a Manager of Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close QA programs across the loan origination lifecycle. You will coach QA analysts, manage workflows, and ensure findings are supported by policy and investor guidelines.

In this role, you will translate QA trends into practical improvements, oversee calibration sessions, and partner with Origination, Underwriting, Operations, Compliance, and Technical teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in mortgage or manufactured housing lending and related operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-close and post-close QA reviews across the loan origination lifecycle.
• Coach and develop QA analysts; manage performance, calibration, and training.
• Escalate material risks and drive corrective actions with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain end-to-end understanding of origination processes and applicable regulations.
• Translate QA data into actionable insights for managers and leadership.
• Ensure documentation and evidence support QA findings and decisions.
