Zippy, a Dallas-based lender focused on manufactured home loans, seeks a Manager of Quality Assurance to lead pre-close and post-close QA across the loan lifecycle. You will coach QA analysts, manage capacity, and ensure findings align with policy, regulatory, or investor requirements in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

The role emphasizes deep origination process knowledge, strong leadership, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to reduce repeat issues and improve procedures

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage, consumer lending, or quality assurance experience.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Expertise in end-to-end loan origination lifecycle and controls.
• Manufactured housing or specialty finance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA team for pre-close and post-close loan reviews.
• Ensure reviews are timely, accurate, and well-documented.
• Identify policy, regulatory, or investor risks and escalate as needed.
• Coach analysts, manage performance, and coordinate training.
• Collaborate with Origination, Underwriting, Compliance, and Operations.
