Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA professionals and partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to drive automation across web, mobile, and API testing. The role emphasizes hands-on development (about 70%) with some people leadership (about 30%).

You will implement automation frameworks, improve testing strategies, and ensure high-quality software products aligned with company objectives and IT vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent work experience.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in QA/Automation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Cloud-native testing experience in AWS/Azure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers with clear direction and performance expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure quality through thorough test planning, functional testing, and robust automation.
• Support multiple Scrum teams/PODs and be hands-on ~70% of the time.
• Provide light people leadership (~30%) and staff supervision.
