Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Supervisor of Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team within the Strategic Technology Systems Development group. You will implement testing tools and automation frameworks, partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and drive continuous improvement.

The role is primarily hands-on with leadership responsibilities, supports multiple Scrum teams, and requires 6+ years in QA with Agile testing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• ISTQB Agile Testing or Foundation Level preferred.
• 6+ years of QA or QA automation experience.
• Experience with Agile methods and PM tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing cloud-native apps in AWS/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, setting performance expectations.
• Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure high quality through test planning, functional testing, and automation.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams and product/DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD.
• Hands-on role (~70%) with people leadership (~30%).
• Evaluate and improve QA tools and automation strategy.
• Set team standards and guidelines for scalable automation.
• Oversee staffing, interviews, and onboarding for QA staff.
• Act as team representative in leadership meetings.
