Job summary

Navitus, a health solutions company, is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a QA automation team and advance our automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API testing.

The candidate will drive test strategy, mentor staff, and partner with engineering and DevOps to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Strong leadership and 6+ years in QA automation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level preferred.
• 6+ years of experience required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing cloud-native applications in AWS or Azure.
• Demonstrated data privacy practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers with clear direction.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure software quality through thorough test planning and robust automated testing.
• Supports multiple Scrum teams/PODs and coordinates with leadership.
• Hands-on role (~70%) with light people leadership (~30%).
• Evaluate QA tools and drive continuous automation improvements.
• Establish standards and guidelines for scalable automation.
• Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
