Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA professionals. The role focuses on creating scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing, and embedding automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

You will work with engineering, product, and DevOps to improve testing strategy and quality across cloud-native applications. Strong leadership and hands-on expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in QA/Automation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing cloud-native applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers and ensure clear direction.
• Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure high-quality software through test planning and robust automated testing.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide light people leadership and mentorship; supervise staff as needed.
