Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of testers and advance automation across web, mobile, and API testing. You will guide design and maintenance of scalable automation frameworks and ensure robust, high-quality software releases.

The role blends hands-on technical leadership (70%) with people leadership (30%), partnering with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed automated testing in CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• ISTQB Agile Testing or Foundation Level preferred.
• 6+ years of QA/testing experience required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Experience testing cloud-native apps (AWS/Azure; GCP preferred).
• Knowledge of data privacy and HIPAA practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a QA automation team.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Ensure high-quality software through test planning and automation.
• Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD.
• Manage staffing and professional development within the QA team.
