Navitus is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to join our Strategic Technology Systems Development team in the United States. The role focuses on implementing automation frameworks and leading QA professionals to ensure high-quality software products.

You will design and maintain automation for web, mobile, and API testing, collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD, and mentor a team to drive continuous improvements in automation strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• ISTQB Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
• 6+ years of experience required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, etc., required.
• Experience testing cloud-native applications in AWS or Azure; GCP experience preferred.
• Data privacy practices and laws knowledge required.
• Experience managing projects and resources required.
• Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, setting performance expectations and fostering collaboration.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure product quality through test planning, functional testing, and automated testing frameworks.
• Support multiple Scrum teams/PODs and provide leadership.
• Hands-on role with ~70% individual contribution and ~30% people leadership.
