Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to guide a team of QA professionals and advance our automation strategy. You will lead design and maintenance of test automations for web, mobile, and API testing, collaborating with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed testing into CI/CD pipelines.

The role combines hands-on testing (70%) with people leadership (30%), requiring 6+ years in QA, strong Agile experience, and cloud testing in AWS/Azure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation level preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in QA/testing.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing cloud-native apps on AWS or Azure; GCP is a plus.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and HIPAA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers with clear direction and performance expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure products meet high-quality standards through planing, testing, and robust automation.
• Support multiple Scrum teams and contribute to automation strategy.
• Hands-on role (about 70%) with light leadership (about 30%).
• Coordinate staffing, hire new staff, and provide orientation.
• Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to CI/CD integration.
