Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team and advance automation across web, mobile, and API testing. You will design scalable frameworks, mentor QA staff, and drive best practices in automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software and maintain robust testing standards. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
6+ years of experience required.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.
Experience testing cloud-native applications in AWS/Azure/GCP preferred.
HIPAA knowledge and healthcare domain exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of quality assurance testers with clear direction and performance expectations.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
Ensure software products meet high-quality standards through test planning, functional testing, and robust automated testing.
Supports multiple Scrum teams/PODs and balances hands‑on work with leadership responsibilities.
Evaluate QA tools and processes; drive continuous improvements to automation strategy.
Establish standards and guidelines to ensure scalable automation frameworks.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
Supervise staff and coordinate staffing and capacity planning.
