Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA testers and drive automation strategy. You will design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing, and partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

The role is hands-on with leadership responsibilities, focusing on modern QA practices, data privacy compliance, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
• 6+ years of experience required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing cloud-native applications in AWS or Azure.
• HIPAA knowledge and data privacy practices.
• Project management and resource management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers with clear direction and performance expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure high-quality software through thorough test planning and robust automated testing.
• Support multiple Scrum teams/PODs.
• Hands-on role (~70%) with light people leadership (~30%).
• Evaluate existing QA tools and drive continuous improvements to automation strategy.
• Establish standards and guidelines for scalable automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Supervise staff and coordinate staffing and capacity planning.
• Conduct interviews and onboarding.
• Represent the team in leadership meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
