Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA testers and engineers. You will design and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing, and work with engineering and DevOps to embed automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.

The role is hands-on (about 70%) with light people leadership (about 30%), requires strong project management, cloud testing experience (AWS/Azure), and a commitment to privacy, HIPAA knowledge, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• ISTQB Agile Testing or Foundation Level preferred.
• 6+ years of QA/Automation experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Experience testing cloud-native apps (AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a QA automation team.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
• Ensure high-quality software through thorough testing and automation.
• Support multiple Scrum teams.
• Hands-on role ~70%, people leadership ~30%.
• Improve automation strategy and tools.
• Collaborate with Eng/Prod/DevOps to integrate tests in CI/CD.
• Staffing, interviewing, onboarding.
• Represent team in meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
