Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA testers and advance automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API testing. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership with light people management, targeting scalable, secure QA practices in a healthcare context. A strong background in agileQA and cloud-testing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
• 6+ years of experience required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Jira, Azure DevOps, etc., required.
• Experience testing cloud-native applications in AWS or Azure; AWS preferred.
• HIPAA knowledge preferred; healthcare industry practices.
• Project/resource management experience required.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers with clear direction and performance expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure high-quality standards through thorough test planning and robust automated testing.
• Supports multiple Scrum teams/PODs; hands-on role ~70% with 30% people leadership.
• Evaluate QA tools and drive continuous improvements to automation strategy.
• Establish and enforce standards for scalability and maintainability of automation frameworks.
• Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to integrate automated testing into CI/CD.
