Job summary
Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA professionals and drive automation strategy. Qualifications
- BS/BA in CS/IT or equivalent experience required.
- ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level preferred.
- 6+ years of QA experience with automation.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Experience testing cloud-native apps (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and HIPAA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a QA automation team.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Ensure high-quality software via thorough test planning and robust automation.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD.
- Evaluate and improve QA tools, processes, and automation strategy.
