Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance Automation to lead a team of QA testers and drive automation across web, mobile, and API testing. The role combines hands-on coding with people leadership and strategic tooling decisions.

You will design and maintain scalable automation frameworks, collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps, and ensure compliance with data privacy and HIPAA practices. The position requires 6+ years of experience and strong Agile expertise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• ISTQB: Agile Testing or Foundation Level Testing preferred.
• 6+ years of experience required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Cloud testing experience in AWS or Azure; GCP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and inspire QA testers, setting performance expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Ensure high-quality software through thorough test planning and robust automated testing.
• Support multiple Scrum teams and act as a hands-on contributor (~70%).
• Provide light people leadership (~30%) and mentoring.
• Evaluate QA tools and drive continuous automation improvements.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with engineering and DevOps teams.
• Oversee staffing and conduct interviews and orientation.
