Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will monitor performance, conduct audits, and drive data-driven improvements across programs while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and policies.

You will collaborate with leadership, training teams, and support staff to maintain QA processes, develop reports, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of experience.
• 3+ years in QA, QC, compliance monitoring, or auditing.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and root causes.
• Experience presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and monitor corrective action plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to ensure project quality metric compliance.
• Collaborate to update procedures when changes occur.
• Analyze reports on performance and propose solutions.
• Develop routine and ad hoc project performance reports.
• Conduct monitoring activities to support project functionality.
• Identify trends and develop corrective action plans.
• Assist with training and knowledge management resources.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
