Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Analyst, Pursuit Operations to support planning and execution of complex business development pursuits and proposals. You will manage schedules, action trackers, milestone calendars, and status reports to keep teams aligned and on track for deadlines.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with proposal, pricing, operations, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pursuit schedules, trackers, and workstream materials.
• Track actions, due dates, dependencies and follow-ups.
• Flag schedule risks and escalate barriers to leadership.
• Coordinate meetings and reminders across proposal teams.
• Prepare concise status updates on progress and deadlines.
• Use AI-enabled tools to summarize updates and improve tracking.
