Maximus is seeking an Analyst, Pursuit Operations to support complex business development pursuits and proposal activities. You will manage schedules, trackers, milestones, and status reporting to keep teams aligned and on track for deadlines.

The role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and strong communication across proposal, pricing, operations, and sales teams, with a focus on leveraging AI-enabled tools for improved reporting and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience.
• Experience organizing pursuit schedules, workplans, trackers, risk registers.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple contributors and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools for reporting and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules, trackers, and workstream materials for pursuits.
• Track actions, dependencies, and due dates to ensure timelines.
• Flag risks and escalate barriers to leadership.
• Coordinate questions and meetings across proposal teams.
• Prepare concise status updates and next steps.
• Use AI tools to summarize updates and improve tracking.
