Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Analyst, Pursuit Operations to support planning, coordination, and execution of complex business development pursuits and proposal activities. You will manage schedules, trackers, milestones, and status updates to keep teams aligned and on track to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience or equivalent.
Experience organizing and maintaining schedules, workplans, and milestone calendars.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Experience tracking action items, decisions, risks, and project updates to support execution.
Proficiency with AI-enabled tools to support meeting summaries and tracking.

Responsibilities

Support pursuit readiness by maintaining schedules, trackers, and workstream coordination.
Maintain workplans, action-item logs, decision trackers, and risk registers.
Track owner assignments, due dates, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
Monitor milestones, flag risks, and elevate barriers to leadership.
Coordinate questions, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups across teams.
Prepare concise status updates summarizing progress and next steps.
Use AI-enabled tools to summarize updates and improve follow-up efficiency.
