Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience required.
• Specialized experience organizing pursuit schedules, workplans, and trackers.
• Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and deadline discipline.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple contributors and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit readiness by maintaining schedules, trackers, and workstream coordination materials.
• Maintain workplans, action-item logs, decision trackers, milestone calendars, risk registers, and status reports.
• Track owner assignments, due dates, dependencies, open items, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor pursuit milestones and flag schedule risks requiring leadership attention.
• Coordinate questions, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups across writing, pricing, operations, and sales teams.
• Prepare concise status updates with progress, deadlines, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to summarize updates and improve tracker maintenance and follow-up efficiency.
