Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience focused on purchase loans.
• NMLS license or federal bank license eligibility with CORE pre-licensing.
• Based in North Dakota with remote work eligibility.
• Strong client service orientation with KPI-driven performance.

Aufgaben

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans via proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline meeting defined service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow’s CRM and LOS to manage pipeline health and engagement.
• Partner with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to move loans efficiently.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience via phone, email, and text.
• Stay current on market trends, lending programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain active licensing and ongoing professional development.
• This role involves collection, storage, and use of voiceprints for compliance.
